We are currently looking for an A+ caliber Customer Service Representative capable of providing a unique level of customer service, responsiveness & attention to detail that provides our company with a conspicuous competitive advantage. Our Ideal Candidate would be an experienced customer service professional with a positive attitude, can-do attitude, & unique attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Rapid responsiveness to all Inbound Customer Service Calls
- Telephone personality and attitude towards picking up the phone
- Capture Customer Information & Details
- Proactively gain and maintain a full understanding of our portfolio of products and services
- Create an opportunity for sales by building rapport and a positive first impression with a potential client
- Express empathy and compassion, taking full ownership of the client’s satisfaction
- Efficiently enter accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken
- Consistently follow order entry guidelines with minimal errors
- Achieve goals set by the company while maintaining high-quality calls and following expected call flows and scripts
- Keep Documentation Up-to-date
- Work well according to guidelines and complete work with minimal oversight

- Ability to talk and type accurately; typing speed of at least 40 wpm
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
